Sizing
To avoid any miscommunication in sizing, we highly recommend taking measurements using the metric system (centimeters & millimeters). However, if desired, measurements can also be taken using the imperial system (inches). For certain items, it's okay to guesstimate measurements, but for products that have specific sizing requirements, please be cautious of rounding up or down.
- Method #1 - Measuring Tape: Wrap the tape measure around the specified area, and make adjustments as needed. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0.
- Method # 2 - Ruler: Wrap a strip of paper, string, cord or etc around the specified area, and make adjustments as needed. Flatten it out and use a ruler to measure the length.
Wrist Measurements
Measure the circumference of your wrist, just below the wrist bone on which you plan to wear the bracelet. You could measure higher or lower on the wrist, to where you would naturally wear the accessory. To ensure the bracelet fits comfortably, you can add or subtract to that number, according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit. Please try to be as accurate as possible. Consumer accepts all responsibilities for providing the correct measurements.
Pet Collar Measurements
Measure the circumference of the neck, where your pet's collar would naturally rest. Please allow some room for comfort. Collars are supposed to fit comfortably and not restrict the animal. So measure with two fingers inside the tape measure on medium to large dogs. Measure with one finger inside the tape measure, for small dogs and cats.
Please use your good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use of any pet accessories. Emi pet collars are made to size with your measurements as the third (3rd) adjustment hole size, so there will be a little leeway for growing pets. But please try to be as accurate as possible.
